On the territory of the machine-building factory IPO – Karlovo a department is equipped with the necessary machinery for manufacture of nozzles and flexible hydraulic and pneumatic connections on the basis of the following types of hoses:
- rubber with textile reinforcing net, type 1ТЕ; 2ТЕ; 3ТЕ according to DIN20021
- rubber with steel reinforcement net, type 1ST; 1SN; 2ST; 2SN according to DIN20022; SAE100R1A; SAE100R2A
- rybber with steel spiral nets, type 4SP; 4SN; 4SH; 6SH; 6SP according to DIN20023; SAE100R9R
Working fluid – fuels, oils, cooling liquids, air, technical gasses and others. The working pressure is up to 380 bar, while the temperature is from -40° C to +240° C, according to the type and the diameter of the hose and the purpose of the tube.
During the last 6 years the company IPO Ltd. established excellent reputation with the good quality and trouble-free operation of the manufactured hydraulic connections for heavy mining dump-tracks.
The company manufactures more than 200 items of hoses for TEREX-100, O&K model К-95.
More than 150 items of hoses have been developed and implemented for excavators O&K models RH-120, RH-90, Liebher, around 40 items of hoses for boring machines СБШ-250 and SK-75, hoses for head loaders and bulldozers САТ, etc.
