This year IPO ltd. marks its 35th year in business, since its establishment in 1990. A company with a firm position in the industrial sector in Bulgaria and on international markets, which continues to reinforce its principles for loyalty towards customers and high quality of all products and services in the company’s portfolio.

In its first years, the main focus of the company is manufacturing and repair of spare parts for the mining industry. As a result of the acquired experience in the manufacturing of industrial equipment and the continuous demand for spare parts and service support in the machine-building, mining, construction, ship-building, transport and agriculture sectors, a second business stream has emerged – dealership.

Based in the town of Karlovo, the manufacturing unit of the company specializes in producing premium quality small to average series of castings from grey iron and steel. They are supplied both with rough or finished machining. All manufactured elements find wide application for machines and equipment for the machine-building, mining, and construction industries, energy, agriculture, shipbuilding and dockyards, transportation, etc.

Our clients have the unique opportunity to order specific components, based either on their own technical documentation or on documentation designed by our skilled engineering unit based on the clients’ specification and requirements.

IPO Ltd. represents numerous globally renowned manufacturers of industrial equipment for over 25 years. In 1998 Cummins Inc., a world leader in the design and production of industrial diesel engines, chooses IPO Ltd. for its official dealer for Bulgaria. Soon after, both another prominent Japanese manufacturer of industrial engines – Yanmar, and a world leader in the production of automatic transmissions – Allison, also turn to IPO for representation. Added to the dealership portfolio are also two brands, which are part of the Cummins Inc. family – the leading American manufacturer of diesel generators Cummins Power Generation (CPG) and Fleetguard – Industrial filters and filtration systems.

Available to clients is a reliable and well-established service network in the country. Each service location is equipped with all necessary original stands and tools for warranty claims, service support, partial repairs and overhauls for all models of Cummins and Yanmar engines, CPG generator sets and Allison transmissions. Aside from the service stations in Sofia, Karlovo, Varna and Panagurishte, IPO Ltd. provides fully equipped mobile services, able to do service maintenance and partial repairs at the clients’ base in any part of Bulgaria. 

IPO Ltd. is also an authorised Bosch Diesel Centre, located in the service base in Sofia. In 2015 the company becomes and authorised service for Delphi and Siemens-VDO fuel systems, covering their full product portfolio.
